Alan Howard is the Owner-Broker of Results Realty, LLC.  Alan grew up in the Haven-Mt. Hope area and worked for many years in farm machinery dealership.  This background has given him a very strong knowledge base of agriculture and the things that MUST happen with a land sale.  1031 Exchanges are one of Alan’s specialties, working both forward and reverse exchanges to help his clients with their tax needs.

After starting Results Realty, LLC, Alan attended the Missouri Auction School in November of 2008 to offer auction services to clients as well as private listings.  Alan has been a proven performer with both marketing systems and has set record sales in several counties.  Alan has achieved the Master’s Circle Award year after year from the Wichita Area Association of Realtors® with sales of over $5 million each year.

Knowledge and experience are key factors in the real estate industry.  In the summer of 2011, Alan completed the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) requirements from the Realtor’s Land Institute.  This is a vigorous program that only land agents with a proven sales history and knowledge can achieve.  The requirements involve not only a large proven sales history of land only sales, it also involves as additional 120 hours of classes.  Classes included are Tax Implications of Real Estate, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Agricultural Land Brokerage and Marketing, and Land Investment Analysis.  This achievement had been a goal of Alan’s since joining the Realtor’s Land Institute in 2007 and he is proud to be part of a select few in the United States with this designation.
